Delta Force Game: Release Date and Time Revealed

PC Alpha Went Live on August 6, 2024!

The Delta Force PC Alpha Test became accessible starting at around August 5, 9 p.m. EDT / 6 p.m. PDT. However, the developers announced on August 30 that the Alpha Test would conclude on September 8, or more specifically, on September 7 at 8 p.m. EDT / 5 p.m. PDT for those in the United States.

Enthusiasts had several opportunities to participate in the Alpha Test, including:

• Checking out the Delta Force Official Steam Page
• Watching Delta Force streams on Twitch to earn Twitch Drops

Additionally, the official Twitter/X account of Delta Force frequently offered Alpha Test codes during special events and milestones.

July 24 Update: New Alpha Test Date Announced

Delta Force announced a new date for the delayed Alpha test, set for August 6, 2024. Fans had multiple chances to secure a spot in the test, either via the official website, the official Steam page, or through Twitch drops and various giveaways. For instance, a giveaway on their official Twitter/X account awarded 100 lucky winners with Alpha test codes.

July 16 Update: Alpha Test Postponed

From the pre-alpha test conducted from July 11 to 15, the developers identified several critical issues that affected gameplay for the limited number of participants. Consequently, the planned July Alpha test was postponed to allow the team to address these issues and ensure a smoother experience for players.

Initially Scheduled Alpha Test

Delta Force had initially planned to hold its Alpha Test starting July 18, without a specified end date. Participants could apply for access via the official website by completing player surveys, through the game's official Steam page, or by watching Twitch streams to receive Steam keys as Twitch Drops.

A pre-alpha test ran from July 11 to 15, aimed at stress-testing the game before the official Alpha Test. This allowed a small subset of players early access, potentially granted through multiple application channels.

The Alpha Test was exclusively available on PC, accessible through the game's official client or Steam. Note that access to one platform did not guarantee access to the other, as cross-progression was not supported during the Alpha Test.
