In Atomfall, crafting items isn't tied to leveling or specific crafting stations; instead, it's locked behind crafting recipes. For example, to craft Bandages, you must first acquire the Bandage crafting recipe. Once you have a recipe, head to your inventory and use it to permanently unlock the ability to craft that item.
