AFK Journey Chains of Eternity Season Release Date

The eagerly anticipated Chains of Eternity season will launch in *AFK Journey* on Jan. 17 for the Global version of the game. If you’re playing on a different region or version, you'll gain access to the new season once your server reaches 35 days old and you meet the following criteria:

• Reach 240 Resonance level.
• Complete all pre-season AFK stages.

If these conditions are met and your server is at least 35 days old, you’ll be able to dive into the new season on the same release date as everyone else.

What’s New in Chains of Eternity?

The Chains of Eternity season brings a wealth of new content to *AFK Journey*, including a new map and story update. Additionally, players can look forward to new heroes and bosses:

• Lorsan (Wilder)
• Elijah and Lailah (Celestial)
• Illucia (Dream Realm boss)

Alongside these additions, the season introduces significant changes such as a daily cap on AFK progress, adjustments to Paragon levels, and enhancements to Exclusive Equipment. Paragon levels will have a more substantial impact, and upgrading Exclusive Equipment from +15 to +20 will provide a notable boost. This means that investing in your existing Supreme+ units will yield higher returns, though it will be more costly to level them up beyond this point.
