The inn was engulfed in flames, leading to the unfortunate demise of all its occupants. The cause of the devastating fire remains shrouded in mystery to this day.

Local residents have shared a haunting tale that adds an eerie layer to the tragedy. They claim that before the fire broke out, a mysterious woman clad in a white dress and carrying a Petromax lamp was seen walking alone into the guesthouse area. This ghostly figure has become a focal point of speculation among the locals.

However, Nurul, who once worked at the Morowedi Inn, dismisses these supernatural claims. Nurul insists that the fire was the result of a vengeful act by a staff member who had been dishonorably dismissed just before the incident. While Nurul's theory points towards a more human explanation for the tragedy, she refrains from revealing the identity of the alleged perpetrator, leaving the story with an air of unresolved tension.
